You don’t need to be informed. You don’t need to be in the loop. You don’t need to have an opinion on everything. You don’t need to know what the president is doing, or even what your family member did at a recent house party. You can choose to be ignorant of any information that doesn’t serve you, and you can choose to spend your time on things that will move you forward instead of just being fuel for anxiety or gossip. Stick your head in the sand. Focus on the mission.
